Boot Heel of Missouri

“Boot Heel of Missouri” shall include those shipping points of whole cottonseed inside a boundary described as: The east boundary is the Mississippi River; the south is the Missouri/Arkansas state line; the west is from the Arkansas/Missouri state line northward along US Highway 67 to Poplar Bluff, Mo., and the northern boundary is from Poplar Bluff, Mo. along US Highway 60 to Sikeston, Mo. and continuing eastward along Interstate 57to the Mississippi River.

Northeast Arkansas

“Northeast Arkansas” area shall include those shipping points of whole cottonseed inside a boundary described as: The east boundary is the Mississippi River; the south is a straight line from the Mississippi River through Hughes, Ark., to the intersection of US Highway 49 and Interstate 40; the west boundary is from the intersection of US Highway 49 and Interstate 40 then northward along a straight line to the Arkansas/Missouri state line at Warm Srpings, Ark., and the north boundary is from Warm Springs, Ark., then eastward along the Arkansas/Missouri state line to the Mississippi River.

Western Tennessee

“Western Tennessee” shall include those shipping points of whole cottonseed inside a boundary described as: The west boundary is the Mississippi River; the south is starting from the intersection of the Mississippi River and Interstate 40 then eastward along Interstate 40 to the junction of US Highway 64 continuing eastward along US Highway 64 to the junction of State Highway 18; the east is from the junction of US Highway 64 and State Highway 18 then northward to Interstate 40 continuing eastward along I-40 to US Highway 70 then northward along US Highway 70 to Cedar Grove, Tenn., then along a straight line between Cedar Grove and the Tennesee/Kentucky state line at Dukedom, Tenn., and the north boundary starting from Dukedom, Tenn., westward along the Tennesee/Kentucky state line to the Mississippi River.

Memphis North

Area Description – “Memphis North” shall include all those shipping points of whole cottonseed inside the trade areas identified as: (1) Missouri Boot Heel, (2) Northeast Arkansas and (3) Western Tennessee.

Cordele South

Area Description – “Cordele South” area shall include all those shipping points of whole cottonseed inside an area of Georgia having a boundary described as: The south boundary is starting at the Atlantic Ocean and Florida/Georgia state line and continuing westward along the state line to the Alabama/Georgia state line; the west boundary then continues northward along the Alabama/Georgia state line to State Highway 27 to Richland, Ga., continuing along US Highway 280 to the junction of US Highway 341 and continuing eastward along US Highway 341 to the Atlantic Ocean and the east boundary is the Atlantic Ocean.

Kinston , NC North

Area Description – “Kinston North” area shall include all those shipping points of whole cottonseed inside a boundary described as: The south boundary starts at Vancesboro, NC, westward on State Highway 55 to Kinston, NC, and continuing westward along State Highway 55 all gins on and tributary to State Highway 55 including Mt. Olive, Newton Grove and Dunn, NC, then the west boundary shall be all gins in North Carolina on and tributary to Interstate 95 from and including Dunn, NC, northward to the North Carolina/Virginia state line and continuing northward on Interstate 95 through Virginia including all gins east of or tributary to Interstate 95; then the east boundary in Virginia shall be the Atlantic Ocean, the east boundary for North Carolina shall be all gins from US Highway 17 at the North Carolina/Virginia state line southward to and including Elizabeth City, NC, continuing south on US Highway 17 (toward Edenton, NC) to the county line, then south on State Highway 37/32 to Pleasant Grove, then southwest on State Highway 308/US Highway 64 to Plymouth continuing south along US Highway 171 and continuing south along US Highway 17 to Vanceboro, NC.

Seminole North

South Boundary – Hwy 180; from Gail, Texas to New Mexico State Line.

West Boundary – Along New Mexico State Line from Hwy 180 north to Interstate 40.

North Boundary – Along Interstate 40 from the New Mexico State Line through Amarillo,Texas to Hwy 207.

East Boundary – From Interstate 40 south along Hwy 207 to Post, Texas; then south from Post, Texas along Hwy 669 to Gail, Texas.

Northeast Louisiana

East Boundary – The Mississippi River.

South Boundary – Hwy 84 from Vidalia, LA to Tullos, LA.

West Boundary – From Tullos, LA northward along Hwy 165 through Monroe, LA to the Arkansas State Line.

North Boundary – The Arkansas- Louisiana State Border.

Rio Grande Valley of Texas

From Raymondville on the North end; west to Rio Grande City; then south to Brownsville, Texas. The Eastern Boundary is the Gulf of Mexico.

Corpus Christi Area

From Kingsville, Texas, on the south to Victoria on the North. Western border is from highway 281 at Alice to George West. Highway 59 on the north side from George West to Victoria. Eastern border is the Gulf of Mexico.

Coastal Bend Area

From Victoria, Texas, on the south, to Richmond on the northeast. Highway 77 is the western border from Victoria to Interstate 10, then I-10 east to Houston. Gulf of Mexico on the southeast.

Brazos River Bottom Area

There are six gins along the following route that comprise the Brazos Bottom area. From Calvert, Texas, on Hwy 6 south to Hearne, Texas; then south on FM 50 from Hearne to Snook, Texas.

Central Texas Area

The western border starts at Taylor, Texas, heading north on Hwy 95 to Temple then continuing north along Interstate 35 to Fort Worth. The northern border is along I-30 from Fort Worth eastward to Dallas. The eastern border is along I-45 from Dallas southward to Buffalo. The southern border is westward from Buffalo along Highway 79 to Taylor.

Lubbock North Area

Southern boundary to run along and include Hwy 114 from the New Mexico state line eastward to junction with Hwy 82 and continue to Hwy 82 and Hwy 62 split at Ralls, TX. Eastern boundary to run along and include Hwy 62 from Ralls, TX northward along Hwy 62 and continuing northward along Hwy 207 to Interstate 40. Northern boundary to run westward from Hwy 207 along Interstate 40 to the New Mexico state line. Western boundary to run southward from Interstate 40 along New Mexico state line to Hwy 114.

Plainview North Area

Southern boundary to run along and include Hwy 70 from the New Mexico state line eastward to Lockney, TX and continue along Hwy 97 to Hwy 207. Eastern boundary to run northward from Hwy 97 and Hwy 207 interchange to Interstate 40. Northern boundary to run westward along Interstate 40 to the New Mexico state line. Western boundary to run southward from Interstate 40 along the New Mexico state line to Hwy 70.
